Return Policy:
I hope that you will be pleased with your Simpatica925 purchases, however if the need arises items may be returned within 2 weeks after receipt of your purchase. A restocking fee may apply if it was a special ordered piece. Shipping charges will be subtracted from the credit refund.
- Please contact us at info@simpatica925.com to advise us of the return.
- Indicate reasons for return, just to make me aware of issues.
- Please include invoice number and the item number you will be returning.
- If possible use the original packing send a copy of the invoice. Be sure to get a tracking number.
- Once the item is received and we have confirmed that it is in its original condition a credit will be made to your account. I will let you know via e-mail.
- If you refuse a shipment we will credit the shipment less a 25% restocking charge and shipping fees.

International shipments:
All international shipments will have a 4-6 wait period for credit card approval for your first order. International shipping charges will apply. Please see return policy.
Delivery times:
Delivery times will vary. Most items you should receive in 3-4 weeks. If there is a back order issue I will contact you. Please make sure all orders have phone numbers.
These are hand crafted pieces and if we are out of stock, the piece may be hand made just for you, causing the back order times.
